Genesis 6-9
|
God looked at His
world and He was
sad. Only Noah
loved God. "Build a
big boat (ark),
Noah, and put two of
every animal on the
ark" God said. "I'm
starting over." |
 |
 |
 |
One day, it rained
and it didn't stop
for 40 days and 40
nights. Soon water
covered the whole
earth. But God kept
Noah and the animals
safe inside the ark. |
|
At last the rain
stopped and the sun
came out. The ark
landed on top of a
mountain. The flood
was over and it was
safe to leave the
ark. |
 |
 |
God told Noah, "I'll
never flood the
whole earth again.
It's a promise!"
And God put a
beautiful rainbow in
the sky to prove it. |
